“Pre-transit” means it is still in the hands of USPS and it will be in transit very soon. Follow your package using the tracking number I sent to your email.

Where is it? There have been huge delays for USPS due to the pandemic. For example, someone’s masks got to them after 12 business days and they live near me in Los Angeles. It could take 3 days but it could also take 12+ days. USPS has been very unpredictable. I have no control of your package after it leaves my home. Please give it time, it will get to you. Thank you for your patience.

No it does not have filter pockets.

Yes, they all come with nose wires, unless otherwise specified. Send me a note if you do not want one. Most people have asked for nose wires so I am including nose wires with every mask purchase at no extra cost.

The nose wire is meant to stay in. You do not need to take it out prior to washing. It is made of copper and will not tarnish or rust. If it happens to slip out, you can easily slide it back in. It is not meant to fill the whole length the of the top of the face mask. I made it to have a 1 inch gap on one side. You will understand when you receive it.

Adult 9 x 6 inches
Kids 7.5 x 5 inches
Toddler 5 x 3.75 inches

These measurements are the cut sizes before sewing takes place. Subtract 1/4 of an inch from all sides after it is sewn together and turned inside out. I try to get exact as possible but because it is handmade, there will be slight differences.

I use an elastic nylon cord versus a typical 1/4 inch thick elastic. You can reference the types of elastics I’ve used and am currently using in the “Toggle” pictures found in my store. I found the cord to be more forgiving and more comfortable after hours of use. Plus it stays hanging around my ear when I need to keep the mask off of my face for a short time. The elastic comes with toggles already installed for easy adjustment.

Here’s a tip: If you don’t want to use the toggles sold in my store, you can knot the elastic on either or both sides. That’s what I do with most of mine. You can always carefully untie the knot to loosen it back.

Most are not. They are made-to-order in the order it is received. Turn around time is 1-2 weeks, 7-14 business days.
